Epic Games has recently released Fortnite Chapter 3, adding many new things to the game. The new map is out and there are many new items players need to learn how to use. As a matter of fact, the game developer has vaulted all of the Chapter 2 weapons. Not even SCAR has stayed in the game after this massive vaulting!

Heal while moving in Fortnite Chapter 3
The Med-Mist is a new healing item added in Fortnite Chapter 3. This item restores player’s health up to 150 hit points. The best thing? Players can use it while moving! Furthermore, this item can be used to spray teammates and restore their health like that too.
Another advantage of the Med-Mist is that players don’t have to use it all at once. For example, if players heal themselves only once, they will still have 145 HP left in the item.
Save items for the next match
You’ve probably noticed tents in the new Fortnite season. However, do you know that you can use them to save items for the next match? That’s right! Save your favorite items in a tent and take them out the next game!
Players can store two items in a tent, but the third slot can be unlocked with Gold Bars. In the next game, all you have to do is to place a tent and interact with it. Using this strategy, you can stash your favorite items and use them in the next game!
Build while sliding in Fortnite Chapter 3
Sliding is a new mechanic introduced with Fortnite Chapter 3. It’s very useful for moving quickly around the map and for avoiding enemy gunfire. However, many players don’t know they can build while sliding! This can be extremely difficult, but once mastered, players can take their building to the next level!
Sliding is further increasing the skill gap in Fortnite and it will be interesting to see how players use it to their advantage.
Travel quickly over the map using a tree
Technically, trees are not vehicles. However, this is Fortnite and anything is possible! Players have recently figured out an interesting trick to use trees to move quickly over the island! If you are not sure how to do it, check it out here.
To do this trick, all you need is a new type of tree that was released in Chapter 3. You already have a pickaxe, so make sure you hit the tree quickly and use it to move quickly over the map!
Get amazing loot at the start of the match
Besides saving their items in a tent, players can start the game with amazing loot in a different way. The Pawntoon boat is back and it offers fantastic loot once again! This boat was first added to the game in Chapter 2 – Season 3, but it was removed when the season ended.
Now, it’s back and players can use it to get a head start over their opponents. The boat has special chests, but it also lets players gain shield using other items on the boat. However, there is a catch. This boat spawns in a random spot on the map every game. If you notice it, land on it and get special loot!
