Been looking for something new to play on Xbox One or PC? If you have Xbox Game Pass, you are in luck. Microsoft is adding 8 games to the service for July. You’ll be able to play 7 of them on PC, while 5 will be accessible on Xbox One. Want to play all 8 of the games on your console? Upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to make it happen.
These 8 Games Are on the Way to Xbox Game Pass
Here are the 8 games which Microsoft is adding to Xbox Game Pass for July:
- Middle-earth: Shadow of War (Console/PC)
- My Time at Portia (Console/PC)
- Undertale (PC).
The three games above will be available from July 4th:
- Blazing Chrome (Console/PC)
- Dead Rising 4 (Console/PC)
- LEGO City Undercover (Console)
- Timespinner (PC)
- Unavowed (PC)
These remaining games will be available from July 11th.
If you are looking forward to playing Gears 5, you also will not want to miss out on the tech test taking place this month. As an Xbox Game Pass holder, you are able to participate. Microsoft writes:
“Versus mode will make its debut in July with the Gears 5 Tech Test. Join us to be one of the first to play our all-new competitive game type – Arcade – a frenetic experience built for jump-in, over-the-top fun, as well as the next evolution of our esports mode, Escalation 2.0. Access to the Gears 5 Tech Test is included with Xbox Game Pass or by pre-ordering at participating retailers, including the Microsoft Store.”
There are some games which currently are on Xbox Game Pass which will no longer be available after this month. Here is the list of those games as well as the dates they will be removed:
- Aftercharge (July 9)
- Warhammer Vermintide 2 (July 10)
- LEGO Movie: The Videogame (July 16)
- Dandara (July 31)
- Dead Rising 2 (July 31)
- Hitman Season 1 (July 31)
- Metal Slug XX (July 31)
- Defense Grid: The Awakening (July 31)
- Hexic 2 (July 31)
- Iron Brigade (July 31)
