Fortnite’s infamous meteors still haven’t fallen yet, but it’s looking more and more every day that something is about to happen. With the official Fortnite Twitter account tweeting out the announcement that Fortnite Season 4 is coming, something has to happen soon, right?
The Season 4 announcement is quite peculiar on its own, however, with a bright red image featuring what looks to be a superhero. Is it possible at the last moment a superhero may swoop in and save Tilted Towers from their impending doom? Could the meteors give players superpowers when they fall, leading into the new season with a bang and setting players up for an even cooler time for the next ten weeks?

Players will continue to speculate wildly, since all we really have to go on at present is the cryptic tweet introducing the new season. It seems everything Epic Games has done in the past few weeks has been very deliberate, however, so that superhero image means something huge for the game.
We should be seeing some sort of announcement in the coming days, possibly by the end of the month since it’s upon us now, but as far as what that is, we don’t know. Keep checking back for more updates as we see them appear. It’s about time someone answers all our burning meteor questions, after all.
