Just in time for a certain expansion’s release, the PlayStation Plus September 2018 lineup has been revealed. We now know what games will be free for subscribers to PS Plus next month on PS4, PlayStation VR, PS3, and PlayStation Vita. This upcoming month is one of the best yet, especially in terms of bang for your subscription buck.
Highlighting the PlayStation Plus September 2018 free games are two juggernauts. The first is none other than Destiny 2 itself. That’s right, next month, PS4 owners will receive the entire base game absolutely free from now on until your subscription comes to an end. While the first two expansions most likely aren’t included, this is a great value.

Destiny 2 offers PS4 players the entire initial experience up to level 20. This is a great promotion for the upcoming expansion, Forsaken, that is set to shake up the entire online shooter when it arrives next week around the same time this game goes free. In fact, you can download it for free right now, which is much earlier than usual for a PS Plus game.
The other major game that is featured in the PlayStation Plus September 2018 free games lineup is God of War III Remastered. This is great for allowing players to visit Kratos’ old Greek timeline after the release of the fourth main game earlier this year. But Destiny 2 and God of War III Remastered are not all. There are a total of eight free games featured for next month from PS4 as mentioned to PlayStation VR to Vita and even PS3. Find the full list and their respective platforms below:
