How to Complete Fortnite’s Tomato Town Treasure Map Challenge
With the addition of Fortnite Season 4, there’s a whole new round of challenges you can take on for fun and profit — profit, of course, meaning Battle Stars and XP. One in particular you can complete, which is pretty simple, is the “Follow the treasure map found in Tomato Town” challenge. It’s really not hard at all, but if you’re having trouble finding it, we’ve got you covered. If you finish it up, you’ll get 10 stars. Finishing four of the season’s seven challenges will net you a cool 4,000 XP, so there’s a lot at stake here.
Where can you find the Tomato Town Treasure Map?
First, consult your map to head to Tomato Town, which is in the middle of Anarchy Acres, Risky Reels, and Wailing Woods. You’ll need to find the Treasure Map here. You can look around to find the treasure map but you don’t even have to do that if you’d rather just follow this guide. This one really is a no-brainer.
Where does the Tomato Town Treasure Map lead to?
You don’t need to look around that hard. Simply drop out of the Battle Bus near the east of Loot Lake on the map. Keep your eyes open for a small rowboat that’s half in the water and half out, and land onto the boat if you’re able to. Otherwise just keep an eye out for it and swim there. The treasure in question is a Battle Star, and you’ll need to pick it up to complete this challenge. Keep in mind that others will be heading for it as well, or to kill you, so act fast if you want to nab what you came here for, and you’re good to go!
This challenge is definitely one of the easier ones since it doesn’t require much time to complete, so even if you have to run through it a couple of times, you should be good to go. Then you’re free to rack up XP and Battle Stars with the other Season 4 challenges. See you out there on the map!
