Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Outfits: How to Get Outfits in BO4

One little-known fact that some players might not know is that there are Call of Duty Black Ops 4 outfits. The game actually does have skins a la Fortnite and PUBG for your characters. This is, of course, separate from the unlockable characters in Blackout. Instead, these are actual outfits that you can equip on your Specialists in multiplayer.

It isn’t easily explained to players but these Black Ops 4 outfits do exist in the game. Worse still, actually unlocking and equipping them is a difficult task. This is because there is literally only one way to do it currently. Though this will most likely change soon, it is a frustrating situation for many BO4 players.

How to Unlock Outfits in Black Ops 4

Currently, the only possible way of how to get Black Ops 4 outfits is by spending more money. As of right now, only players who purchased the Deluxe Edition have access to these exclusive Specialist skins. This pricey version of the normally $60 game will set you back around $100. That is a steep price, understandably, for some players.

If you do happen to own the Deluxe Edition, this is what you need to do. You can unlock your Black Ops 4 outfits by first reaching level seven in the traditional multiplayer mode. At level seven, you can begin to customize your Specialists. This also includes the skins. Unfortunately, these skins can only be redeemed for one Specialist so choose wisely.

As for everyone else, Black Ops 4 outfits should be coming soon to all players. The heavily rumored Supply Stream feature should allow players to progress and/or unlock outfits with the COD points. Unfortunately, the game has only been out for nearly a week so we have no set date just yet for this feature. As such, be sure to stay tuned for the official announcement.
