When Does Fallout 76 Come Out for Xbox One?

When does Fallout 76 come out for Xbox One? Recently, the beta mode for Bethesda’s forthcoming multiplayer installment to the Fallout franchise wrapped up. So if you are on Xbox One, you are probably waiting with bated breath to find out when the game is going to officially release on your platform.

Fallout 76 Xbox One Release Date

The answer is next week, specifically on November 14th. This is the same date that the game will release on PlayStation 4 and PC. That means we’re just days away from being able to explore Appalachia.

Get ready to explore Appalachia in all of its glory.

There are a couple things which are helpful to know before then. One of those is that you can feel free to remove the beta if you downloaded it. Right now, it is probably taking up a ton of space on your hard drive. Keeping it is no longer necessary. It is not going to convert into the final release. The download for the final game is completely separate. So right now, the beta is just wasting space on your console.

The next important thing to know is that you can begin the preload process immediately. Check out this tweet from the Fallout account:

The text reads, “#Fallout76 is now available to preload on @Xbox One. PlayStation and PC preloads are coming soon. Download now to prepare your exit from Vault 76!”

If you check out the comments, you can also read the clarification on the beta issue we discussed above. The team states, “To clarify for those asking, you are safe to remove/uninstall B.E.T.A from your Xbox One or PlayStation 4. PC players will receive a small update to their existing B.E.T.A. download to prepare them for November 14.”

We recommend that you get going on the preload process right away. On November 14th, the last thing that you want to be doing is dealing with unnecessary delays. You will want to get to playing the game immediately. We’ll see you there. In the meantime, follow our Fallout news and updates.
