Fortnite Streamer on YouTube Jake Paul is no stranger to drama. In fact, it seems to follow him. In the latest, another YouTuber named ThatDenverGuy has accused him of outright theft. And given the specifics, it seems like the situation is pretty cut and dried.
Everything We Know About ThatDenverGuy and Jake Paul With Regards to YouTube Fortnite Videos
A YouTuber called ThatDenverGuy posted the following on Twitter:
When Jake Paul steals your content and puts it in his video so you pull up the content he stole on your stream and then your stream gets copyright claimed by him for looking at your own content that he stole 👌👌👌🤷♀️ pic.twitter.com/eOzZwXqF8I

The tweet reads, “When Jake Paul steals your content and puts it in his video so you pull up the content he stole on your stream and then your stream gets copyright claimed by him for looking at your own content that he stole.”
In the image in the tweet, you can see the “Copyrighted content was found in your video,” notice which ThatDenverGuy received with Jake Paul as the claimant.
Jake Paul used the content in question in his video titled, “The Girlfriend Fortnite Distractions Challenge Part 2.” What is really crazy is that you can spot “ThatDenverGuy” in the player info in the stolen content. That is literally the proof that this content belongs to ThatDenverGuy, not to Jake Paul.
What will happen in this case? Considering it has already gone viral, it seems like Jake Paul will have to acknowledge it in some way. At the very least, we would expect him to take down the stolen content and revoke his copyright claim. Hopefully he will consider issuing an apology as well. More importantly, we hope that this incident deters Paul and other YouTube streamers from repeating this kind of behavior in the future (not likely).
