The NBA 2K19 game is recognizing which players may have been snubbed when it comes to this month’s All-Star Game. Just recently, a major ratings adjustment arrived for a number of players. Some of these players are considered All-Star worthy, based on a new NBA 2K19 All-Star Game post. Among them are Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz and Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks.
NBA 2K19 All-Star Game Snubs: Eight players in the spotlight
On Saturday, an NBA 2K19 All-Star Game snubs post made its way to social media. It shows off eight players that 2K’s crew believes may be deserving of spots. Obviously, there aren’t enough spots for every player, but there are some deserving stars out there. Among them are rookie rising star Luka Doncic, who is likely to get a few All-Star appearances before his career is over. Doncic has an 87 rating in NBA 2K19, as does Donovan Mitchell of the Utah Jazz.
There’s also Mitchell’s teammate Rudy Gobert who carries an 89 overall rating in the game. That makes him one of the top-rated players to not get a spot. Reportedly, Gobert even cried over not getting the recognition for this year’s game. He’s certainly put in the work.
Another high-ratings star is the Philadelphia 76ers’ Jimmy Butler. He’s got an 88 in the game and has been helping the Sixers stay among the best teams in the Eastern Conference. His teammate Joel Embiid is a starter while Ben Simmons was added to the reserves.

As seen above, other players that are shown off include a quartet of 86-rated players. They are Tobias Harris of the Clippers, Damian Lillard of the Trail Blazers, DeMar DeRozan of the Spurs, and Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns. Most likely, a number of these players, if not all, will wind up in the game in future seasons.
NBA 2K19 All-Star Game: D’Angelo Russell recognized for his spot
Another player who has been playing quite well is D’Angelo Russell of the Brooklyn Nets. He was considered a snub once the All-Star Game reserves were made public. However, that status changed as NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced he’ll replace injured Pacers star Victor Oladipo.
In the recent NBA 2K19 ratings adjustment, Russell gained two points to become an 86. As his stats continue to show and prove, expect Russell to rise even more in terms of ratings.
