Apex Legends Switch: Is Apex Legends Coming to Nintendo Switch?

There are so much hype and content for players to enjoy right now regarding Apex Legends from checking out our tier list for the best characters in the game to finding out the best weapons to choose from. Of course, there are some players who want an Apex Legends Switch version. After all, the Switch is already home to Fortnite Battle Royale.

But some players aren’t into the style of Fortnite and want something more gritty like Apex Legends. So, this has players wondering whether or not there will be an Apex Legends Switch port. Thankfully, that’s where we come in. We are going to let you know what we know right about the possibility and if it is and/or will happen in the future.

Will There Be an Apex Legends Switch Version?

Apex Legends Switch

First and foremost, let’s get the main answer out of the way. There is no confirmation one way or the other. In fact, there has been no announcement of a Switch version. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be one. Actually, we believe that there will be a Nintendo Switch version at some point in the future.

This is because we already know that Respawn is looking into an Apex Legends Switch version. We don’t see why it wouldn’t come to Switch given that publisher EA has supported the console in the past. Also, it certainly seems like there is a lot of profit to be made on Switch, too, since the only current competitor is Fortnite, which has a much different style.

With the limited nature of the map and everything, we don’t see why it’s not possible to get an Apex Legends Switch version working. Of course, this would come with some concessions most likely like perhaps a locked frame rate at 30fps and maybe some minor visual setbacks.
