Supporting those in need and even those who could just use a pick-me-up is always a good idea. You can do both of those things while playing one of your favorite games as well, if you’re a Call of Duty fan. If you have a copy of Call of Duty: WW2 and want to help out veterans, you’ll be happy to hear about how the Call of Duty Endowment has teamed up with Activision and Sledgehammer Games to release a new Fear Not Personalization Pack.
The Fear Not Personalization Pack is a collection of cosmetic items designed as part of a partnership between Sledgehammer Games and artist Jason Heuser. It comes with a special Call of Duty Endowment weapon charm, Viper weapon camo, two emblems, a Monty division uniform, and two specialty calling cards that you can use to customize your soldier in-game. You can make it yours for $4.99, which will go to the Call of Duty Endowment program to assist veterans seek out high quality employment after serving. It’s a great cause, and with all the enjoyment you get out of games like Call of Duty and Battlefield, you could certainly give some back, right?
You also get a special theme with your purchase, which was illustrated by Heuser. It includes FDR, Field Marshal Montgomery, and other Easter eggs representing the United States and the UK teaming up during World War 2. It’s certainly a striking image, that’s for sure. While these items are meant for you to use to perk up your in-game guns and other things like that, you could also think of it as making a $5 donation to a charity, otherwise.
It’s available on all platforms, including Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. There will likely be more of these in the future, especially for Black Ops 4 when it makes its debut.
