Madden 19 Path To The Draft Late Rounders Cards Added To Ultimate Team Event

With the 2019 NFL Draft approaching, teams are looking for the right prospects to upgrade their rosters. Sometimes those talents arrive within the first round, but many times there are star players who emerge from the later rounds. That’s the theme of the new cards in Madden 19 Path to the Draft, as Late Rounders cards make their way into the mix.

Madden 19 Path to the Draft adds Late Rounders Player Cards

At least eight new player cards are now part of Madden’s Path to the Draft, joining the previously-released draft heroes, Masters, and other players. These new cards range in ratings from 84 all the way up to a 96. Jordan Pryor gets that high OVR, while other standouts include a 94 Aaron Jones and 90 Charles Leno Jr. There’s also a guy named Brandon Marshall in the group. Marshall was the No. 119 pick for the Denver Broncos back in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL Draft.

Former Nebraska Cornhuskers wide receiver Quincey Enunwa is also part of the group. He was the No. 209 pick for the New York Jets in 2014. Enunwa gets an 86 OVR card as shown above. All of these players are available through the Madden Ultimate Team packs.

Madden 19 Path to the Draft Late Rounders Heroes & 99 Masters Card

As with the previous content released, we’ve also got some new heroes and another Masters card added for Path to the Draft. These all continue the Late Rounders theme. Among the Heroes we’ve got a trio of 98 players taken late in their respective drafts. Current San Francisco 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman leads the way. Sherman was the No. 154 pick in 2011 by the Seattle Seahawks. Joining him are the Rams’ John Sullivan and Titans’ Delanie Walker.

For the new Masters player, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Telvin Smith is now available. He brings a 99 OVR that also includes some other great key attributes. Among them are a 98 Play Recognition, 97 Tackle, 96 Block Shedding, and a 93 Acceleration for the 6-foot-3 linebacker. Smith was a fifth-round pick who went at No. 144 back in 2014.

In previous installments of Madden Path to the Draft, gamers had to collect the other three “Heroes” cards and exchange them for the Masters. Once that happens, they also get back the Heroes as NATs for their rosters. So it appears that should be the case with the latest installment as well. Previous Masters have included Cam Newton and Bruce Smith.
