You’ll want to travel to the newest Ashina Castle idol and then head to the bridge there. There will be a place you can grapple to from the bridge. This will take you to a dungeon. Follow it left and you’ll reach the NPC.
You will have two options: the Crying Man that is located at the Senpou Temple or the Samurai who is at the Ashina Reservoir, Bottomless Hole, or Mibu’s Village. Once you have decided which person, head back to Doujun and you will need to kill the Treasure Carp.
