New Elder Scrolls: Legends DLC Roadmap Announced for 2019

Following the recent release of the Alliance War DLC for The Elder Scrolls: Legends, Sparkypants Studios has revealed an entire DLC roadmap for the rest of 2019. The schedule lists three more upcoming Elder Scrolls: Legends DLC expansions coming later this year. Plus, it also includes some ongoing features and event details, such as the Master Series Finals.

There Are Three More Elder Scrolls: Legends DLC Expansions Coming in 2019

“2019 is going to be a big year for Legends,” writes Associate Content Manager Parker Wilhelm, in an article announcing the release of the Alliance War DLC; “Alliance War will be joined by three more full pack-based expansions along with PvP Events, new card backs, esports events and so much more before the year has concluded.”

Elder Scrolls Legends DLC Roadmap for 2019

The new Elder Scrolls: Legends DLC roadmap for 2019 includes four big expansions; the first of which is Alliance War, which is now available. The remaining three expansions will be seasonal, with one each releasing in Summer, Fall and Winter. The names and details of these expansions are currently under wraps. However, the roadmap does say that they will all be “full cardpack expansions,” and that the next one will feature a new playmat and new mechanics, much like Alliance War.

Alongside the DLC, the roadmap lists several seasonal events. The Masters Series Finals will take place at QuakeCon this Summer, before new PvP events begin in Fall. They will be followed simply by “more seasonal events”. As you can see above, the actual details for these events are not included. No doubt fans will hear more closer to the time. Finally, the roadmap includes a number of ‘Ongoing’ features which Sparkypants Studios will continue to work on. These include monthly patches and reward cards, of course, but also include; “Frequent alternate art cards & new cardbacks,” along with; “New & improved animations.”
