Madden 19 Player Spotlights Cards: Taysom Hill, D.J. Moore Among New Ultimate Team Stars
As the new Madden 20 game approaches, there’s still some fun to be had with the current football video game. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Madden Daily Drops on Twitch is providing gamers with new Ultimate Team content. The latest program is the Madden 19 Player Spotlights event featuring future stars, classic players, and sleepers who are getting brand new cards. Among the latest are Saints backup quarterback Tayson Hill and Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore.
Madden 19 Player Spotlights cards for Sleepers, Classics, Future Stars
The Madden Ultimate Team Twitter account teased two of the six player cards coming out for Madden 19 Player Spotlights on Tuesday (June 25). They are the two Sleeper Hits players in the group. Fans may have been surprised to see a New Orleans Saints quarterback as part of the event, as backup QB Taysom Hill gets a 97 OVR card.
The 6-foot-2 QB has 92 Speed, 99 Throw Power, 97 Throw on the Run, and 94 Throw Accuracy Deep amongst his Key Attributes. He’s joined by right outside linebacker for the Chicago Bears Leonard Floyd. He’s a 6-foot-6 option for the position bringing some nice height to your MUT squad. Floyd’s Key Attributes include 99 Finesse Moves, 96 Play Recognition, 96 Block Shedding, 94 Acceleration, along with 92 Speed.
Joining the new Madden 19 Player Spotlights players are four others. Two of them are Classics, and the other two are future stars.

The latest Player Spotlights join previous releases including Calvin Ridley, Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold, and Alshon Jeffrey. Each type of card in the promotion involves different sets that gamers must assemble.
How to get these new player cards in Madden
To get one of the 99 OVR Future Stars requires getting 11 Elite, 11 Gold, and 11 Silver MUT Tokens. In order to get a 98 OVR Classics card, you’ll need eight Elite, nine Gold, and eight Silver MUT Tokens. For a 97 OVR Sleeper Hits card, requires six Elite, seven Gold, and six Silver MUT Tokens.
Another way to get these new Madden 19 Player Spotlights cards is via packs in the Ultimate Team store, or through the Auction House. Below is a look at recent Taysom Hill auctions on the PlayStation 4 version of the game.
A few other pieces of key news arrived on Tuesday’s Madden Daily Drops episode. They’ve indicated that Madden 20 player ratings are arriving in July. In addition, there will be live streams concerning Franchise and Gameplay for Madden 20. There will also be the Rookie Premier promotion coming to the game soon involving Ryan Shazier token as part of it.
