Battlefield V Minimum Requirements Updated on Official Origin Page
Last week, the official Battlefield V minimum system requirements for PC when the new game releases later this year were shared with the world, but as it turns out, those weren’t the correct ones, after all. Previously, these specs seemed a bit off, as they matched Battlefield 1’s requirements, which didn’t really make much sense. So there was obviously something of an oversight from the EA Origin team there, but no one actually knew about that until now.
Recently, incorrect minimum PC specs for #Battlefield V were published as placeholders. We haven’t announced our minimum or recommended specs for Battlefield V yet. Stay tuned!

Here are the previously quoted specs:
OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
Processor (AMD): AMD FX-6350
Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600K
Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): nVidia GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
Hard-drive space: 50GB
Unfortunately, EA nor DICE have come forward with updated specs for anyone to look at and compare their system to so they can get ready for Battlefield 5 ahead of its release, but as the tweet above states, we should “stay tuned.” Granted, that’s a bit hard to do when we want to play the game so badly.
The old specs have since been taken down and replaced with a page that states “coming soon.” We’ll likely be waiting a bit to hear more about what to expect from the game and what kind of PC will be able to run it, though with E3 next week, that could happen sooner rather tan later.
