MLB The Show 19 All-Star Schedule Includes Moonshot Event, Home Run Derby & More
All-Star Week is almost upon us! The 2019 All-Star schedule is jam-packed full of things to do for the upcoming week in Cleveland, Ohio. From the annual Home Run Derby and Rookies Game to all kinds of fan-friendly events, the All-Star events are always something special.
All-Star Schedule
Fans who were lucky enough to get tickets for the 3-day All-Star schedule extravaganza, let it be noted, most of us are jealous! However, gamers will have plenty to do as well. MLB The Show has added some nice features for the 2019 All-Star game.
The first All-Star schedule event takes place on Monday, July 8th and is being dubbed the Moonshot Event. This event is as simple as it sounds. Pick a player and try to hit a moonshot!
The rules are very self-explanatory. Any hitter can be chosen to take on a common RHP. The better you do, the more vouchers you can win.
July 9th is the Home Run Derby. Everybody loves to watch the ball sail into the season. Well, except for pitchers that is.
Then on Wednesday is the All-Star mid-summer classic. The American League will look to continue their recent domination over the National League as they try to win their 7th in a row.
