It’s raining Overwatch 2 leaks recently. Yesterday, there was a leak that revealed the brand-new logo for the next installment of Overwatch that is – Overwatch 2. Overwatch 2 has been on the hot topic for a while now. First, a Twitter handle “Metro” started leaking about the next plans of Blizzard Entertainment regarding their IP – Overwatch. Then, later on, last week, we also have some more leaks saying that the Overwatch 1 progress won’t carry over to Overwatch 2 (which is kind of a bummer). Now, we have a new leak regarding a new Overwatch 2 mode coming to the game.
Overwatch 2 New Game Mode Leaked
Yesterday, there was an article published on ESPN that revealed a lot about the upcoming installment for Overwatch. In his article, he mentioned that there will be a new game mode coming in Overwatch 2. This new mode is called “Push” which is set to be unveiled alongside Assault, Control, Escort, Hybrid. Here’s what he said in his article:
“While much of the focus will be on story and narrative elements, Overwatch will see its first new mode since the game was released in beta in 2015, with “Push” set to be unveiled alongside Assault, Control, Escort, Hybrid. Push will be set on a new map based in “Toronto,” according to the document.”
According to Breslau, ESPN has acquired the complete document regarding Overwatch 2. For now, this is all we know about what going to happen in the Overwatch universe. There’s also a new PvE mode that’s going to be joining this new game. Other than that, there is now a way for you to play Tetris in Overwatch.
