New Madden 20 Flashbacks: Alshon Jeffery, Demario Davis Receive New MUT Items
It’s time for another flashback to the past for two NFL stars that had helpful performances for their teams. On Monday (Oct. 28), EA revealed on the Madden morning stream that Alshon Jeffery and Demario Davis are the newest additions to Madden 20 Flashbacks. While they each play for different teams this season, they receive high-rated new cards for previous squads.
Alshon Jeffery, Demario Davis’ new Madden 20 Flashbacks items
Madden 20 Flashbacks items are based on player’s helpful performances on the gridiron in games of the past. Previous players in the group have included Ben Roethlisberger, Allen Robinson, Talib Aqib, and Terrell Suggs.
Current Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery had a deserving performance in Week 11 of the 2014 season. Back then he helped his former team, the Bears, take down their division rivals the Minnesota Vikings 21-13 at Soldier Field. Jeffery was targeted 17 times by former Bears QB Jay Cutler and caught 11 passes. He’d finish with 135 yards and a 27-yard touchdown in the win.
EA’s Madden rewards his blast from the past performance with a 90 OVR Flashbacks item. It has the Power Up, Chemistry, and key attributes such as 93 Spectacular Catch, 91 Catch in Traffic, and 89 Jumping.
Outside linebacker Demario Davis now plays for the New Orleans Saints. However, he was a member of the New York Jets for the first four years of his career. He receives a Madden 20 Flashbacks card for his 2013 Week 9 performance, which was ironically against the Saints.
The Jets won that game 26-20 at home behind interceptions from Antonio Cromartie and Davis. In addition, Davis had four combined sacks to help out with the defensive effort. He now has a nice 90 OVR Flashbacks card complete with Power Up possibilities. Davis’ card includes 93 Play Recognition along with 85s for both Tackle and Acceleration.
To acquire Davis, Jeffery, or other Madden 20 Flashbacks requires buying Flashbacks packs in the Ultimate Team Store. Those go for 2,470 Training. We’ve got a guide on how to get Training in Madden if you want to gamble on packs and need more.
Otherwise, they also arrive on the Auction Browser. That will take some serious coins, though, as these are high-rated options for Madden Ultimate Team rosters.
