Back in Destiny 1, daily and weekly reset occurred at 2 AM Pacific (this was in the early days of Destiny – Year 1 and early Year 2). Then, later on, Bungie made a change in this reset time schedule and changed it to 10 AM Pacific. So, after that, the daily and weekly reset occurred at 10 AM Pacific. The same went on in Destiny 2. Currently, Destiny 2 Reset Timings are at 10 AM Pacific which is now getting changed.
Destiny 2 Reset Time Schedule
Starting Sunday, November 3, 2019, Destiny 2 daily and weekly reset will occur at 9 AM Pacific instead of 10 AM Pacific. This is due to the Daylight Savings Time changes. If you’re not familiar with this change, Daylight Savings Time starts in March and ends in November. So, from March to November, Destiny 2 reset will occur at 10 AM Pacific. But from November to March, the reset timings will revert back to 9 AM Pacific.
Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
Reset will be at 10:00 AM Pacific (1700 UTC) while Daylight Saving Time is active from March to November.
Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Reset will be at 9:00 AM Pacific (1700 UTC) while Daylight Saving Time is inactive from November to March.
