Most weeks in the world of Madden football, there is one House Rules event going on which brings some nice extra rewards. However, as of Monday, November 11, EA announced there would be two Madden 20 House Rules events running. The best part about it is that there’s a huge reward available with a Series Redux player available for grinding through the limited-time events.
New Madden 20 House Rules events Loss of Down now available
The first of the two Madden 20 House Rules “Rumble” events is now in effect and called Loss of Down. It features some interesting twists on the rules for a fun, quick game. Basically, you’ll start with a 1st and 20 and are trying to score as usual. From there, you’ll get three attempts at a first down and each first down is also worth two points.
Whoever has the highest score when the clock hits zero wins. However, the twist is that an interception can end the game for you or your opponent. So that brings some interesting strategies into play.
Each level of wins brings 10 Madden Trophies, and 5,000 Coins. So that happens after one win, five wins, 10 wins, 25, wins and 45 wins. A total of 130 wins will earn a random Series Redux player as a reward, though. It may seem like a lot of wins but based on the super quick format these games involve, it makes sense to grind this out for that reward.
The first of the two Madden 20 House Rules events will be available for just 72 hours. There will be a second “Rumble” event after that. Even better is that gamers can earn 130 wins between these two House Rules events in order to get that Series Redux player card. The Series Redux players were recently revealed along with the new Signature Series 3.
The Head 2 Head Rumble event in Ultimate Team officially ends on November 17 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, so get those games in!
