First unveiled following the game’s appearance at E3, the Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition sold out unsurprisingly quickly. However, it seems that the highly coveted edition may be back in stock, at least at certain retailers. However, it remains to be seen how long this new stock will last. For now, only the PS4 and Xbox One versions are available, although a PC version may become available soon as well.
The Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition
Considerably larger (and more expensive) than the standard edition of the game, the Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition contains a plethora of added extras. It comes in an exclusive box, with a city map, a “World Compendium,” Night City postcards, stickers, metal pins, a steelbook, a hardcover art book, embroidered patches… (perfect for the Samurai bomber jacket which recently became available on the CD Projekt Red Store!).
And of course, that’s not to mention the centrepiece; a statue depicting V diving from his motorbike, dual pistols in hand. CD Projekt Red certainly know what makes an impressive statuette. The company recently unveiled a Geralt Ronin statue, currently available to pre-order in their online store. Also included in the Collector’s Edition, along with all the physical merch, are several pieces of digital content. These include the game’s soundtrack, a digital art booklet, plus desktop and mobile wallpapers. It even a digital copy of a sourcebook for the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop RPG; the game which Cyberpunk 2077 is based on!
Currently, pre-orders for this highly coveted Collector’s Edition are available from Best Buy for the Xbox One and PS4. The PC version is still sold out. However, its page does read ‘coming soon,’ suggesting that fresh stock for that version may arrive soon. Of course, given how excited gamers are for the upcoming release of Cyberpunk 2077, it’s likely that all new stock will sell out rather fast…
