With the release of Shadokweep, Bungie removed pinnacle weapons from the game and introduced what we now have – Ritual Weapons. Unlike pinnacle weapons, Ritual Weapons don’t have any new and weapon exclusive mods on them. If we compare these two types of weapons, Pinnacle weapons were a lot better than Ritual Weapons but sometimes, pinnacle weapons were way too powerful for PvP and PvE such as The Recluse. Today, we’ll be discussing the fastest way you can acquire your Randy’s Throwing Knife in Destiny 2.
Destiny 2: How To Get Randy’s Throwing Knife
If you haven’t been playing Destiny 2 lately, we’ve got you covered. Randy’s Throwing Knife is a kinetic scout rifle that was added as a Crucible Ritual Weapon with Season of the Undying (along with the other two weapons). The actual quest for this weapon requires you to complete the following objectives:
- Enemies defeated and medals: 14,000
- Glory earned: 2,100
- Scout Rifle Final blows: 450
Now, if you don’t have this weapon already, here’s the fastest way you can earn this weapon. Next week, Momentum Control is back in Destiny 2. With this game mode, you can unlock this weapon really quickly. Our best advice is to use Jade Rabbit (exotic scout rifle) and just stay back. All you have to do is to aim for the head as it’s one-shot kill in this PvP mode. Perks on Randy’s Throwing Knife are:
Rapid-Fire Frame: Rapid-fire frame destiny 2Fires full auto with deeper ammo reserves. Faster reload when the weapon is empty.
Zen Moment: Causing damage with this weapon increases its stability.
Momentum Control will return next week. So, if you have any PvP weapons’ quest remaining on any of your characters, make sure you complete them while you have time. Season of Dawn starts December 10, 2019.
Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is now live on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, released on October 1, 2019, and later in November on Google Stadia.
