Madden 20 Signature Series: JuJu Smith-Schuster, Bernardrick McKinney Join MUT Program

Two more NFL stars have officially joined the Madden 20 Signature Series. On Thursday, EA revealed Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster as one of the new cards. In addition, Houston Texans middle linebacker Bernardrick McKinney is now part of the Ultimate Team program with an upgraded card.

At 8-5 overall this season, the Pittsburgh Steelers are within the playoff picture and looking towards a run, even without quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has helped out with 38 catches for 524 yards and three touchdowns. He’s been sidelined due to injury but will be back in the mix possibly this Sunday.

JuJu gets a new 93 overall Madden 20 Signature Series card in Ultimate Team. It includes 93 Catching, 93 Catch in Traffic, 93 Spectacular Catch, and a 90 Speed among other great attributes. A Power Up symbol and Steelers chemistry could also come in handy for some MUT rosters.

Joining him is McKinney of the Texans, another potential playoff team at 8-5. McKinney’s new Signature Series card doesn’t have the Power Up with it. However, his key attributes include 96 Play Recognition, 93 Tackle, 93 Hit Power, and 90 Block Shedding. See more details about what’s on the cards at MUTHEAD website.

The new Madden 20 Signature Series cards for Smith-Schuster and McKinney are available through various packs at Madden Ultimate Team Store. In addition, some gamers may have listed these items at the Auction Browser for bidding on or buying now.

So far, the community has been reacting to both cards positively based on the top-notch attributes. Some gamers are even considering that maybe McKinney will be good on their team in place of Ryan Shazier now. However, there are others who point out it’d be nice if McKinney had a Power Up symbol too.

These new items arrive just a day after the latest Madden title update 1.20 came out. Another came out on Thursday (Dec. 12) called Version 1.21. So gamers may find that upon launching Madden 20, they’ll be greeted with a new update, as Version 1.21 will install. This could take anywhere from a few minutes to a half-hour depending on one’s internet connection.
