Madden 20 NFL 100 Week 4 Players Revealed: Tony Gonzalez, Larry Allen Among First Group of All-Time Greats
In celebration of its 100th season, the NFL is announcing members of its All-Time 100 team each week. Over the past several weeks, fans have seen a number of players revealed as part of the team including running backs like Barry Sanders and Jim Brown. There were also defense and special teams among others. As the players are revealed, some of them become available as Madden 20 NFL 100 player items. Here’s a look at this week’s first group of tight ends and offensive linemen led by Tony Gonzalez.
Tony Gonzalez leads first Madden 20 NFL 100 Week 4 group
When it comes to all-time great tight ends, it’s hard to argue with Tony Gonzalez. He started in the league way back in 1997 with the Chiefs, before eventually joining the Atlanta Falcons for the final five seasons of his career. Gonzalez was a 14-time Pro Bowler and six-time All-Pro who is now in the Hall of Fame. His career stats included 1,325 receptions for 15,127 yards and 111 touchdowns.
Gonzalez now gets a 94 overall Centennial card with 94 Catching, 93 Catch in Traffic, 92 Spectacular Catch, and 92 Short Route Run. He’s joined by center Dwight Stephenson and right guard Larry Allen, who previously joined the Madden 20 Legends program. Each has a 94 OVR Centennial card as shown below.
In addition to the Madden 20 NFL 100 Centennial cards, each of these guys also gets a Power Up and Base Card. Gamers can earn their Power Ups by completing the associated NFL 100 Challenges in Ultimate Team. Upon completion of all three of their challenges, gamers get a free Fantasy Pack which allows for the selection of any of the above players’ Base cards.
Base cards are also available through Packs in the Madden Ultimate Team Store. A Week 4 Fantasy Pack costs 100,000 Madden Coins or 1,050 Points. Gamers will need any 25 Week 4 Base cards to build a set to get a 94 OVR Centennial card for Tony Gonzalez, Dwight Stephenson, or Larry Allen.
Of course, it’s also possible to buy Madden 20 NFL 100 Centennial cards at the Auction Browser. However, some of these 94 OVR cards carry high prices in terms of Madden Coins.
