The AFC and NFC Championship games will take place on Sunday with the two winning teams advancing to the big game in February. For the AFC, the Kansas City Chiefs will host the underdog Tennessee Titans. On the other side for the NFC, it’s a matchup between the veteran Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers versus the top-seeded San Francisco 49ers.

The first game on Sunday’s schedule comes from Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. It’s going to bitter cold there with a high of 21 degrees and a low of six degrees. Both teams should be just fine as they’re used to those conditions. As of right now, Kansas City is favored to win by a touchdown against Derrick Henry and the Titans. The NFC Championship Game comes later in the evening with the 49ers hosting at Levi’s Stadium. While it won’t matter as much for the Packers, the weather in San Franciso is warmer with a high of 55 and a low of 47. It brings former Super Bowl winner Aaron Rodgers one game closer to another appearance in the big game.
On the other side, former Patriots backup Jimmy Garoppolo is on the verge of doing what his mentor Tom Brady has done multiple times. The 49ers are favored by 7.5 points at home in this intriguing matchup.

Based on the Madden 20 predictions above, it looks like a battle between Mahomes and the Chiefs versus Garoppolo and the 49ers. That would create quite the matchup for the Super Bowl in Miami on February 2.
Today’s game schedule has the Titans vs. Chiefs at 3:05 p.m. Eastern Time on CBS. The Packers vs. 49ers game arrives at 6:40 p.m. ET on FOX.

As part of the fun with the NFL Playoffs, EA’s Madden 20 has been running a prediction promotion for fans on the game. It involves playing a game using one’s Ultimate Team against the team gamers think will lose.
By winning the Ultimate Challenge game, gamers receive a special Madden Playoffs Token card for the team they’re predicting to win. It’s a quicksell item after the games are decided, with it becoming worth Madden Training by Monday morning. If the token is a winning team, it’s worth more. Last week’s correct picks were worth 10 times as much as the incorrect picks.
Once Monday morning rolls around, gamers with the special tokens can go to them in their Item Binder and then Quicksell for the Training.
