On Friday, NBA 2K released its newest featured packs into the MyTeam mode. The NBA 2K20 Ben Simmons Prime Series II gives gamers a chance to add some new high-rated cards to their MyTeam lineups. Those include Galaxy Opal cards for NBA All-Star Ben Simmons and Hall of Fame Allen Iverson.
Simmons, Iverson headline NBA 2K20 Ben Simmons Prime Series II packs
It makes perfect sense that in a pack headlined by the Sixers’ Ben Simmons, his new Galaxy Opal card is one of the best possible pulls. Simmons’ card is He’s been a popular option with many MyTeam gamers due to his height and skills as a point guard.
Simmons isn’t necessarily the best shooter, but his new card brings 17 Gold and 35 Hall of Fame Badges. Amongst those HOF badges are items like Clamps, Interceptor, Showtime, Pogo Stick, Trapper, and Showtime.
The new Allen Iverson Galaxy Opal is also pretty nice for those who want a solid scorer and floor leader. The NBA Hall of Fame point guard gets a total of nine Gold and 41 Hall of Fame Badges. AI’s got Floor General, Volume Shooter, Ankle Breaker, Dimer, Clamps, and Heart Crusher among those badges to put to use.

Joining the Simmons and Iverson are four other new player cards. That includes former Philadelphia 76ers star and current Heat player Andre Iguodala with a new Pink Diamond item. Iggy previously had his own Spotlight Series packs and challenge but now gets into these packs.

The Ben Simmons Prime Series II packs start at 7,500 VC or 10,500 MT for a single pack of five cards. A 10-pack box costs 67,500 VC while a 20-pack box is 135,000 VC. Of course, they only bring a chance at pulling those high-rated new Galaxy Opals.
The Auctions area is the way to go for big ballers who can afford to buy the player cards they want most. As far as auction listings go, the Ben Simmons GO card was going for over 750,000 MT as of this report. The Allen Iverson Galaxy Opal was 158,000 to 174,100 MT for several listings that ended on PS4.
