Madden 20 Draft Class Guide: How to Get 2020 NFL Draft Pick Players and Draft Heroes
The Madden 20 Draft Class program recently launched in the game allowing players to earn a number of new upgraded player items. Those include Draft Picks, Draft Heroes, Draft Diamonds, and of course, the upcoming Class of 20 players. Here’s our guide on how to get the Heroes items or the 2020 NFL Draft Pick players here.
How to get Madden 20 Draft Class player picks
The 2020 NFL Draft arrives this week starting on Thursday, April 23, and running through Saturday, April 25. The Madden 20 Draft Class promotion allows gamers to acquire special cards corresponding with the 2020 draft pick of their choice. Each of the picks has different sets required to earn them.
For example, the No. 1 pick looks to be the top card to acquire. To get the card you’ll need to hold for this, you’ll need a set of two 98 OVR Cam Newton cards. Once you have that No. 1 pick card, it will transform into the player that goes first in the NFL Draft as of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on draft night (4/23).
To get any of the No. 2 through No. 5 picks you’ll need to trade in two 96 OVR Draft Pick players. To get a choice of any of the picks No. 6 through No. 10 you’ll need four 93 OVR Draft Pick players to make a tradeable set.
Picks 11 through 20 require a set of seven 90 OVR Draft Pick Players, while Picks 21 through 32 require a set of 15 86 OVR Draft Pick Players. All of the picks from No. 6 through No. 32 will change into the corresponding drafted player by April 24 at 10 p.m. Eastern Time.
In 2019, we saw the Arizona Cardinals take quarterback Kyler Murray first overall. Based on a recent NFL mock draft, it appears another QB will go first overall when the Cincinnati Bengals take LSU’s Joe Burrow. So gamers should be able to acquire his first Madden version by this Thursday.
How to get the Draft Heroes
There are 32 different Draft Heroes available as part of the Madden 20 Draft promotion. They include major stars for each of the NFL teams from their draft history. Some of the featured players are the Denver Broncos’ Von Miller, Cincinnati Bengals’ A.J. Green, Houston Texans’ J.J. Watt, Chicago Bears’ Roquan Smith, and Carolina Panthers’ Cam Newton.
Most of the 32 players available are rated at 97 overall with the exception of Cam Newton. He’s got the best overall card available at 99 overall. To earn the No. 1 pick Cam Newton requires getting two of his 98 OVR Draft Pick cards to build an exchange set.
The No. 2 through No. 5 picks each requires putting together two of the player’s 96 OVR Draft Pick cards to acquire them. Those players are No. 2 Von Miller, No. 3 Anthony Munoz, No. 4 A.J. Green, and No. 5 Patrick Peterson.
As far as all of the other 97 OVR Draft Heroes, you’ll need to acquire their four Draft Pick cards rated at 93 overall. Most of these are selling on the Auction Browser at 40,000 Coins or less. They’re also available through Packs and Store Offers, or you can buy the Draft Heroes card outright at the Auction.
