New FIFA 21 Ones to Watch Players Revealed With OTW Campaign Details
With FIFA 21 set to arrive in early October, new Ones to Watch players have been revealed for the in-game campaign. Ones to watch are dynamic player cards that many FIFA Ultimate Team gamers look to add to their rosters. They’ll upgrade throughout the season in conjunction with any other promotions the player is part of. Without further ado, let’s check out the newest FIFA 21 Ones to Watch players.
Who are the FIFA 21 Ones to Watch players?
EA Sports recently unveiled more of the FIFA 21 Ones to Watch player cards, joining the previous three they revealed. An 83 overall-rated Achraf Hakimi is part of the newest trio. The Moroccan footballer signed a five-year contract this past July to take his talents to Serie A club Inter Milan. His OTW card features 94 Pace, 82 Dribbling, 76 Passing, and 76 Physical amongst attributes.
Also amongst the OTW campaign will be previously-revealed Thiago Alcantara, who is now a member of the Liverpool football club. His player card is an 85-rated item that features 90 Dribbling, 85 Passing, 72 Shooting, and 70 Defense amongst his best attributes right now. EA Sports tweeted out a welcome to Liverpool clip for the newest member of the club and OTW.
Last but not least is the new OTW player Martin Odegaard. He was on loan for a season to Real Sociedad but was recalled for Real Madrid. He made his return just under a week ago, starting in the opening game of the 2020-21 La Liga season. He’ll get an 83-rated OTW card to start off the campaign which includes 84 Dribbling, 84 Passing, 78 Pace, and 75 Shooting.
Thiago, Odegaard, and Hakimi join the three other OTW players previously revealed. They include Chelsea player Timo Werner, Tottenham Hotspur star Gareth Bale, and Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech.

These players are amongst the biggest deals when it comes to transfers ahead of the new international football season. As mentioned, anytime one of the players is part of another promotion in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team, they’ll receive an upgrade on the OTW item.
Other OTW campaign details revealed
In EA’s Pitch Notes, they announced other key information with regards to the Ones to Watch campaign. There will be two One To Watch teams released this season, with the first set to arrive on October 9, the official FIFA 21 release date. The second team will be revealed on October 14 and released on October 16.
Anyone who pre-ordered Ultimate Edition before August 14 receives a guaranteed untraceable FIFA 21 Ones to Watch item on release day (Oct. 9). EA mentions that which item gamers will receive depends on when they open the OTW pre-order pack.
Anyone who opens the OTW pack from October 9 through 16 gets an OTW Team 1 player. Anyone who opens the pack from October 16 through 21 gets an OTW Team 2 player. Those who open the pack from October 21 onwards get OTW Team 1 and 2.
Gamers can start playing FIFA as early as October 1 thanks to EA Play. Otherwise, those who pre-ordered Champions or Ultimate Edition can play on October 6, while those with Standard Edition begin on October 9.
