NBA 2K21 Locker Codes Arrive for MyTeam With Playoff Underdogs in the NBA Finals
The Miami Heat will contend with the Los Angeles Lakers for the NBA Championship starting Wednesday evening. Ahead of Game 1 between the two squads, new NBA 2K21 Locker Codes have been made available for MyTeam players. One of those celebrates Playoff Underdogs, while the other gives an opportunity at a player participating in the NBA Finals. Here are the latest details on what the codes may include.
NBA 2K21 Locker Codes: Finals and Underdogs
The Miami Heat have surprised plenty of fans who probably overlooked them as an NBA Finals pick at the start of the season. They’re no longer as much of a surprise, but they dispatched of the Pacers, followed by No. 1 seed Milwaukee, and most recently, the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Now, all that stands in the way of another Miami championship is LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. The two teams tip-off for Game 1 at 9 p.m. Eastern Time on ABC, with the Lakers the favorites. Miami is obviously no stranger to being considered Playoff Underdogs, which was the recently-released MyTeam packs.
Those packs include Diamond-level cards for former Cavs star Kyrie Irving and former NBA All-Star Dikembe Mutombo of the Denver Nuggets. 2K MyTeam revealed one of their new NBA 2K21 Locker Codes to give gamers a chance at those or other rewards.
The second of the NBA 2K21 Locker Codes are for a guaranteed player from either the 2020 Lakers or Heat roster in the game. It’s unknown what the pack might hold, but a player card for someone such as LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Bam Adebayo, and Jimmy Butler may be waiting inside.
