New Madden 21 The 50 Week 6 Players Include Julio Jones, Dante Culpepper
With Madden 21 The 50, EA’s football game is featuring star players who have been important to the video game franchise over the years. Some of the releases have included Reggie Bush, Brett Favre, Patrick Willis, and Ryan Shazier. For Week 6, three more players have become available with Julio Jones, Albert Haynesworth, and Dante Culpepper revealed on Friday, October 30.
Jones, Culpepper headline Madden 21 The 50 Week 6
On Thursday, Ultimate Team fans got a sneak peek at the new Madden 21 The 50 Julio Jones. His new card arrived via the Madden Ultimate Team Twitter featuring a 92 overall rating. The Falcons’ star wide receiver also has a 93 Jumping, 92 Spectacular Catch, 91 Speed, 90 Catching, and 91 Catch in Traffic attributes.
Quarterback Dante Culpepper was one of the two other players revealed for Madden 21 The 50 Week 6 on Friday morning’s Good Morning Madden stream. His card includes 93 Throw Power, 90 Play Action, 90 Run, 90 Deep Accuracy, and 89 Throw Under Pressure.
There’s also Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth, to add some size to MUT rosters. Haynesworth’s The 50 card has 93 Strength, 90 Power Moves, 91 Tackling, 89 Play Recognition, and 91 Block Shedding attributes. The new player items for Madden’s The 50 will likely arrive in Ultimate Team around 2 p.m. Eastern Time. At that time, there will also be new content including the Challenges discussed below.
How to get the new player items
In order to get Madden 21 The 50 players, MUT fans need to put together an exchange set. These consist of 32 of the Fresh player cards with an 82+ OVR on them. Those cards are available through completing challenges to reach milestone rewards, or in packs, or on the Auction House.
The Auction House will also have the new Madden 21 The 50 players up for bidding or “buy now” prices. Those prices will be steep, though, so only head there if you’ve got the bankroll for it.
There are brand new Challenges under the “Weekly 50” for Ultimate Team. These are basically a series of different game situations involving each of the Week 6 players. Gamers can rack up Madden Coins, as well as Stars towards Milestone rewards such as the Fresh players mentioned above.
