With Halloween a day away, EA has revealed FIFA 21 Rulebreakers Team 2. The newest collection of star players have changed around attribute ratings, to give them boosts in areas they typically don’t have them. On Team 1 we saw the likes of Harry Kane, Dries Mertens, and Douglas Costa. With the second squad, there are more star footballers including Angel di Maria and Romelu Lukaku.
