In celebration of Halloween this year, Rockstar has launched a new weekly event in GTA Online, offering a range of new rewards and discounts. Players can currently get double rewards on Alien Survivals, Business Battles, Adversary Modes, and more. Major discounts on Nightmare vehicles are also available.
GTA Online Halloween Event Rewards & Discounts
“As Halloween season hits fever pitch this week,” writes Rockstar; “things are out-of-this-world unusual in GTA Online. Alongside all the Halloween-themed vehicles, masks and more returning, […] there are still reports of hikers ingesting peyote plants and undergoing transformational spirit quests in the heights of the Tataviam Mountains.”
In addition to double rewards on Alien Survival missions, Rockstar has also launched a new alien-themed Business Battle. In this mission, players must fight through Merryweather agents to reach a UFO which is being kept at Fort Zancudo, allowing them to steal extraterrestial gear. To incentivise players to give this new content a try, Business Battles are also offering double rewards. In competitive multiplayer, this week’s GTA Online Halloween rewards include double rewards in selected Adversary modes. These include Beast vs. Slasher, Come Out to Play, Halloween Bunker Series, Lost vs. Damned, Slasher, and Slashers.
Meanwhile, GTA Online is offering a range of vehicle discounts, as per usual. Firstly, a 50% discount is available on four armoured vehicles; the Declasse Nightmare Brutus, HVY Nightmare Scarab, MTL Nightmare Cerberus, and Vapid Nightmare Imperator. Additionally, all Arena Nightmare upgrades are 50% off, while a range of Facility modifications and add-ons are 25% off. Finally, nine different Facilities themselves are 40% off during this event.
Finally, Prime Gaming subscribers can get their hands on another cache of rewards this week, providing they’ve linked their Prime account to their Social Club account. This reward pack includes GTA$200,000, along with the Vespucci Canals Nightclub location. Additionally, Prime subscribers can get an exclusive 60% discount on the flying Imponte Deluxo.
