Madden 21 Team of the Week 8 Players Revealed Including Bobby Wagner, Ben Roethlisberger
The Madden 21 Team of the Week 8 has arrived following another week of action in the NFL. This week’s players will once again feature an Offense and Defense Hero from past performances. In addition, there are players who excelled on the field this past week. They include the Seattle Seahawks’ Bobby Wagner and Pittsburgh Steelers’ Ben Roethlisberger. Here’s a look at who all is part of the latest group of player cards.
New LTD, POTW, and Hero Madden 21 Team of the Week 8 players
Ahead of the Good Morning Madden stream on Twitch Tuesday, there was an early reveal for the Hero players. For Madden 21 Team of the Week 8, Tracy Porter is your defensive hero Complete with 92 Acceleration, 91 Speed, 91 Agility, 89 Jumping, 89 Man Coverage, and 88 Play Recognition. Halfback Cory Dillon is the Offense Hero for TOTW 8. His new card has 90 Carrying, 90 Break Tackle, 90 Acceleration, and 89 Speed amongst attributes.
The Player of The Week for TOTW 8 is Seattle Seahawks 99 Club member Bobby Wagner. He has 92 Play Recognition, 90 Tackle, 90 Power Moves, and 87 Block Shedding as Key Attributes on the new 91 OVR card as seen below.
For the Limited player (LTD), it’s Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger with a new player item. Big Ben’s 21-for-32 performance this weekend with 182 yards and two touchdowns helped his team in a 28-24 win over Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. He gets a new 92 OVR item which includes 92 Throw Power, 90 Short Accuracy, 88 Deep Accuracy, 88 Throw Under Pressure, and 88 Play Action.
Big Ben’s new LTD card is in packs for just two days, but will be selling on the Madden 21 Auction House after that, for a high price.
Other TOTW players and exchange sets
In addition to the above Hero, LTD, and POTW items, there are other lower-rated player collectibles. These particular items go into the sets to get the Offense or Defense Hero. For example, to get Cory Dillon you’ll need an exchange set featuring lower-rated TOTW 8 Offense players.

To get Tracy Porter, you’ll need a set featuring the lower-rated TOTW 8 Defense players. The other TOTW 8 Defense players are:
- Jessie Bates III (Bengals)
- Trevon Diggs (Cowboys)
- Robert Spillane (Steelers)
Last but not least, to get the Madden 21 Team of the Week 8 POTW Bobby Wagner, involves trading in the top offense and defense players. They include Dalvin Cook, Jesse Bates III, Trevon Diggs, and Jakeem Grant in the six-card exchange set.
As with previous TOTW releases, there will also be a brand new Ultimate Challenge featuring the game of the week. Gamers can defeat this to win Madden Coins, a Team of the Year Token for an exchange set, and a Hot Pack featuring a choice of one of two player cards.
Gamers can find most of the new Madden 21 Team of the Week 8 items randomly through packs, or on sale at the Madden Auction House as of 2 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday.
