PlayStation Store Lists Names Under Thumbnails Now

Recently, Sony redid the PlayStation Store, making huge changes to its appearance, navigation and functionality. While some gamers welcomed some of the changes, many felt that functionality declined and that navigation became more difficult. If you are among those who did not appreciate the changes, you will be relieved to hear that the PlayStation Store lists names under thumbnails now.

PlayStation Store Lists Names Under Thumbnails for Easier Browsing

As strange as it seems, Sony was only listing games on the store pages as thumbnails. Their names were not listed with the thumbnails. So, unless you could recognize the game from the thumbnail with ease, you had to guess which thumbnails represented which games. This only seemed to be an issue on PC and Mac. Those browsing the store via other platforms were able to see the names of the games.

But now, the store has a new update that has fixed this problem.  The PlayStation Store lists names under thumbnails on PC and Mac now. So, you no longer need to try and identify games by their pictures. You can just read the names.

This is a huge fix to navigation on the PlayStation Store, and should make a lot of gamers feel better about the changes. Nevertheless, some aspects of navigation remain confusing to some customers.
