There is a new COD: Modern Warfare and Warzone playlist update out. Wondering what has left and what has arrived? Let’s take a look at the latest update to find out what you can play in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. A quick heads up—you might be disappointed.
What is New in the COD: Modern Warfare and Warzone Playlist Update
Infinity Ward announced the playlist update in a tweet:
The text reads:
“Today’s playlist update is now live across all platforms!
#ModernWarfare
– Gunfight: Snipers Only
– Deathmatch Domination
– “Stir Crazy” (10v10 on small maps)
– “A Little DIY” (Scrapyard and Hardhat)
#Warzone
– Added Plunder Quads
– Removing Blood Money Trios”
Gamers are not remotely amused by this playlist update. What they want is Shipment 24/7 and Shoot House 24/7. They have made their feelings known time and again. But once again, here is a playlist that includes neither of these requests.
If you check out the tweets in response, you will see how angry players are. A lot of them are declaring “dead game.” Along with these declarations that the game is dead, they continue to ask for Shoot House 24/7 and Shipment 24/7, and lament that Infinity Ward does not seem to be listening to them at all. Gamers would like both to be permanent, but will settle for any temporary rotation of either at this point.
In other updates on COD: Warzone, a leak recently revealed a new “Rebirth Island” map. Also, there has been an extension to Season 6 of COD: Modern Warfare. You can catch up on these and many other updates and rumors about all things COD-related in our Call of Duty news section. Hopefully soon we will have some better news about the playlist rotation!
