From developer Big Blue Bubble, the hit game “Foregone” is now coming to GOG and Steam. These two video game distribution platforms are the latest in a long line of consoles that offer the “Forgone” game but this adaption will make accessibility for PC and Mac users much easier.
“Foregone” starts out in the city of Calagan. After just enduring a terrible war, a new threat arises — the Harrow. This mysterious and dark entity creates other minions you have to fight off, through challenge battles and boss fights. On top of everything else, the Harrow also stirs up some rather troubling memories that you, as the main character — the super-soldier extraordinaire — must unpack.
“Foregone” is a storyline-driven platformer action game that combines everything you need into one immaculate experience. The game switches between 3D and 2D pixel art visuals, which offers a unique presentation of the plot. You’ll have a vast array of weapons with you so make your way through countless enemies and eventually face off with the Harrow.
This game also mixes in plenty of treasure-trove elements, so you have some creative prizes to find along the way. As a fast-paced game, there’s never a dull moment. Get to the bottom of the mystery and defeat the evil, once and for all.
“Foregone” Game Availability
Previously, this title came out for a ton of platforms. Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox one all housed “Foregone” beginning in October of 2020. The Nintendo Switch released its version, too, alongside a few other games that came out around the same time in 2020.
Even before these releases though, the game was available through the Epic Games Store during Early Access. With such hype and widespread platform adoption, it’s a game you won’t want to miss out on.
Now, you can get “Foregone” on Steam and GOG, both for $15.99, a discounted price that won’t last long. This new release coincides with the newest “Foregone” game update, 1.1. It brings new weapons, quests and boss battles, as well as the NPC, Warsmith.
Both platforms have made names for themselves as they release new and older titles, drawing in gamers of all backgrounds. For instance, GOG got in on the “Cyberpunk 2077” action as it offers some exclusive content for the groundbreaking game.
