Madden 21 Ultimate Team Cards: Final Golden Tickets Release Includes Aaron Rodgers, Calvin Johnson
The final Golden Tickets release for Madden 21 Ultimate Team cards has arrived, bringing more players rated 99 OVR for use in the game. Among the star players featured in the last group of GT items are Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and former Detroit Lions receiver Calvin Johnson. Gamers can pick up the cards in MUT mode in several ways, so we’re here to break down the latest release including how to get the GTs.
Final Madden 21 Ultimate Team Golden Tickets released
Four more player cards make up the final Madden 21 Ultimate Team release for Golden Tickets players. As mentioned, Aaron Rodgers and Calvin Johnson will lead the way with their 99 OVR GT cards. Rodgers’ card has 99s for all passing attributes including Throw Under Pressure, Deep Accuracy, and Throw Power.
The Improviser archetype also got an 85 Speed on the card and Ability Slots such as Scrambler QB or Strong Arm QB. While it’s an impressive card, it also left quite a few fans upset that Cam Newton never got necessary upgrades, including certain chemistries.
For another star GT, Megatron checks in again with another release for Ultimate Team. This time he’s not in the free safety position that he’s been featured in before. Instead, the 6-foot-5 Johnson is a Vertical Threat tight end with this card, giving more possibilities for rosters.
Key attributes include his 99 Spectacular Catch, 89 Catch in Traffic, 98 Catching, 97 Speed, and 96 Medium Route Running. For Ability Slots, Johnson has 2x Possession, 2x Vertical Threat, and 1x Blocking as a tight end.
Final Release also included Deion Jones, Justin Jefferson
Two other players were part of this final release in Madden 21 Ultimate Team. They are Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson and Atlanta Falcons middle linebacker Deion Jones. Jefferson is a Slot wide receiver with 99s for Catching, Spectacular Catch, Short Route, and Medium Route. He’s also got 97 Speed and Deep Route. Ability slots on his card include Deep Threat WR, Route Runner WR, Physical WR, Slot WR, Returner WR.
For Deion Jones, gamers will get a Pass Coverage MLB with 3x Pass Coverage or 2x Run Stopper Ability slots. Jones’s key attributes are his 99 Power, Blockshedding, and Play Recognition. He’s also got a 97 Tackling, 97 Speed, and 96 Zone Coverage to help out with that pass-rushing defense.
Golden Ticket player items pop up randomly in packs including those Training packs at the Madden Store. In addition, gamers can purchase any of the GT players through the Auction House for varying prices. Some will carry higher price tags than others based on how good the card is, or useful it is at this point in MUT season.

In addition to these new 99 OVR Golden Tickets, Madden 21 Ultimate Team recently unveiled the Rookie Premiere program with players including Trevor Lawrence and Micah Parsons. There are 10 total RP players that gamers can acquire in M21 and then get special cards for use in the Madden 22 game.
