Earlier today, DICE officially announced the Battlefield 2042 Open Beta, a four-day event taking place in early October, which will offer gamers their first chance to try the upcoming game. The Beta is due to start on the 6th of October for those with Early Access, with public access opening from the 8th. The final day of the event will be the 9th. (Meaning that players without Early Access will have only two days to play.)
With the announcement of the dates and content of the Battlefield 2042 Open Beta, DICE have also revealed the PC system requirements. As one would expect, these are divided between minimum and recommended requirements, as follows.
Battlefield 2042 Open Beta: Minimum PC Requirements
To participate in the Battlefield 2042 Open Beta when it begins early next month, PC gamers will need to meet the following minimum system requirements, according to DICE:

Battlefield 2042 Open Beta: Recommended PC Requirements
Of course, while meeting the minimum requirements might allow you to play Battlefield 2042, it’s unlikely to be the best way to experience the upcoming game.
