NBA 2K22 MyTeam Dunktober Packs Feature New Vince Carter and Kobe Bryant Cards
It’s officially Dunktober for NBA 2K22 MyTeam as brand new packs have arrived in the game. With the Dunktober packs, gamers can pick up NBA 2K22 MyTeam cards for Vince Carter, Kobe Bryant, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. While packs are available for purchase, there’s also been a Locker Code handed out for a chance at one free. Along with all of the above, there are more Season Agendas to get through for that valuable XP.
New NBA 2K22 MyTeam Dunktober cards available
Several former NBA Slam Dunk Contest winners are available with new NBA 2K22 MyTeam cards in Dunktober packs. There are two Pink Diamonds possible in the packs with all-time great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and “Half-Man, Half-Amazing” Vince Carter.
With Vince, gamers get a 95 OVR PD card featuring 98 Shot IQ, 95 Driving Dunk, 95 Vertical, 92 Stamina, and 90 Shot Close. The man known as Air Canada also has 15 Gold and six Hall of Fame Badges.
Meanwhile, all-time top scorer Kareem gets 13 Gold and five HOF Badges. Some of his best card attributes include 97 Post Hook, 92 Post Moves, 90 Standing Dunk, 93 Rebounding, and 89 Strength.
Joining them in the release are several other stars of the hardwood including the late, great Kobe Bryant, reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic, and future Hall of Famer Dirk Nowitzki. By collecting all of the Dunktober cards, gamers can acquire a Pink Diamond of The Big O, Oscar Robertson.

New Locker Code for Dunktober pack or badge
Standard packs cost 11,250 VC or 15,750 MT while Deluxe packs cost 15,000 VC or 21,000 MT each. The Deluxe features a guaranteed Dunktober card inside. There are also 10-pack boxes for 135,000 VC each. Along with that, gamers can also head to the 2K Auction House and bid on specific cards.
However, it’s also possible to acquire a free Dunktober pack or Badge for use with NBA 2K22 MyTeam cards. To get one of the items, enter the Locker Code “DUNKTOBER-PACK-OR-BADGE” in the MyTeam Hub. Alternatively, you can enter the code into the NBA 2K22 mobile app which also gives news updates, tracks VC, and more.

MyTeam Season 1 Call to Ball status
As of this report, NBA 2K22 MyTeam Season 1 has 20 days left to get to Level 40. By reaching the highest level, gamers unlock the Carmelo Anthony card as a reward. Along the way, there are other rewards including packs, Tokens, MT, a chance at the Ascension board, and player cards.
We discussed the new Dunktober cards and Agendas above, but there have been several other releases in Call to Ball. They’ve included Colossal, Primetime, Flash, and Signature Series. All of these have unique NBA 2K22 MyTeam cards with Agendas. In addition, there are Daily and Weekend Warrior Agendas available throughout the season.
We’ll soon find out what Season 2 is, but it won’t be until closer to the end of October. Could a Halloween-themed season be next in NBA 2K22 MyTeam?
