Battlefield 2042 is a game that is entirely multiplayer. Being as that is the case, you might think that surely it must have a Battle Royale mode, right? So, does Battlefield 2042 have a Battle Royale mode? Well, as it turns out, DICE decided to go a different route with this game.
Does Battlefield 2042 Have a Battle Royale Mode? No
We can answer the question as to whether there is a Battle Royale mode in Battlefield 2042 in one simple word: “No.” Strange as it may seem, this mode is entirely absent from the game, at least at this time. While that might irritate some gamers who are into battle royale, for others, it is perhaps a refreshing divergence from the trend.
So, what game modes can you enjoy right now in Battlefield 2042? Your options include Battlefield Hazard Zone, All-Out Warfare, and Battlefield Portal. But what is really cool about Battlefield Portal is that you can use it to come up with your own custom game mode experiences.
