Fortnite Chapter 3 map has been finally revealed! After the massive leak that came out before the event, players could see some parts of it. However, the community had to work together to reveal the entire map later on. This was done through social media by posting #FortniteFlipped hashtag.
Now, the entire map is fully revealed. It turns out that Epic Games is bringing a lot of OG spots back to the game, including Tilted Towers! Fortnite Chapter 3 brings the new, flipped island, but it will bring back some of the older locations. This should be a recipe for success, but we will see how the community likes it.
Fortnite Chapter 3 map is bringing OG spots back
Epic Games is adding several OG spots back to Fortnite with Chapter 3. Shifty Shafts and Greasy Grove are coming back, but most importantly, Tilted Towers will be there too! Shifty and Tilted were both originally added in Chapter 1 – Season 2 in what was one of the biggest map updates of all time.
While the good news is that Tilted Towers is coming back, the bad news is that it most likely won’t be available at the launch of Chapter 3. As you can see in the image above, it looks like Tilted is buried under snow. This means that we will be getting progressive map changes once again, which is very exciting!
Besides these three places, it seems that a version of Risky Reels is also coming back. This time, it will be called Rocky Reels. Furthermore, the Wailing Woods maze was spotted in the northern part of the new island and the covered bridge that was near Tomato Town might also come back.
The entire new map
Thanks to the effort by the Fortnite community, Epic Games revealed the entire Fortnite Chapter 3 map. The map also has names of the places, so even before downtime ends, players can plan where to land and what places to visit first!
The snow biome covers more than half of the map, but we can expect it to start melting soon. It will most likely reveal even more new places as it’s melting, so we may get even more surprises! Who knows, there could be more OG spots hiding under snow!
