Apex Legends continues to break records left and right as well as offer up new free goodies for players. But one thing that is one a lot of players’ minds is the start of its first season. When does Apex Legends season 1 start? This is a question that is understandable given that most Battle Royale games have various seasons and this one doesn’t yet.
Thankfully, we do know that the first season for the game is coming without a doubt. But it still doesn’t answer when does Apex Legends season 1 start? However, thankfully, there are some recent leaks that reportedly tell us when it will be starting. These leaks come from DailyEsports and tell us not only the month but date of season one’s start.
When Does Apex Legends Season 1 Start?
First and foremost, we already know that the first season is set to arrive this month. But we don’t know the date just yet. It’s worth remembering to take these leaks with a grain of salt as they could be not true. DailyEsports’ source claims that not only is the new hero Octane real but the start date as well.
According to these rumors, the season one start date is Tuesday, March 12, 2019. That just so happens to be a little over a week away. The game’s first Battle Pass will kick off, offering items that you can earn over the season. If this is the case, we do expect a formal announcement relatively soon.
But considering that developer Respawn Entertainment did announce and release the game almost at the same time, it could be just before the season start date. As such, we may not hear anything at all until Monday of next week. Until then, be sure to stay tuned here for all of your Apex Legends needs.
