For many players, the biggest fix introduced by the update is a fix for the recent party chat bug on Xbox One; a bug which was introduced to the game by a recent graphics update. That update was intended to introduce 4K support to the game’s Xbox One X version. However, it also caused a major bug which caused performance degradation. The new update’s patch notes also detail plenty of other bugs which update 1.26 addresses. As of 1.26, players will also now be kicked from the game if they are idle pre-round in the Official Battlefield 1 servers. Changes have also been made to the Mid-Round Team Balancer, reducing the threshold and timer.
