Only a week before the release of Black Ops 4 Operation Absolute Zero, Treyarch is detailing all the contents of the update. Apart from new content across all modes, Call of Duty is also getting a revamp in one of its most basic features, the Black Market.
Acording to the developers, Black Ops 4 Operation Absolute Zero makes tier progression in Black Market simpler and more rewarding. Additionally, it adds new content that has been requested by the community.
As a player, you already know how to navigate and use the Black Market to your advantage. In detail, Treyarch is now adding even more content to the feature though Black Ops 4 Operation Absolute Zero. As detailed by the studio, here’s what is coming to Black Market next week, first on Playstation 4:
- 100 Clearly Defined Tiers: Reduced the initial Tier showcase from 200 to 100. Every reward for the first 100 Tiers can be previewed in the Black Market.
- Earnable Weapons: New earnable weapons in the Operation Contraband stream to deploy in your Multiplayer loadouts, including the Daemon 3XB SMG, SWAT RFT assault rifle, and Secret Santa melee weapon.
- Specialist Unlock: Operation Absolute Zero begins in the Black Market with Treyarch’s new Specialist, Zero, unlockable at Tier 1 for use in Multiplayer and Blackout.
- Item Categories and More Diverse Content: Weapon Camos, Reactive Camos, Reticles, shared Warpaints and new Mastercraft cosmetic weapon variants.
- Mastercrafts: Players can now earn new Mastercraft weapon variants in the Black Market, including new ABR 223 Mastercraft for tactical rifle fans.
- Blackout characters: Ultimis Zombies heroes are coming to Blackout in the Black Market. Nikolai will become unlockable at Tier 45.
- Shared Warpaints: Warpaints are available for outfits across different Themes on the same Specialist.
More changes coming to Black Market with the Black Ops 4 Operation Absolute Zero update.
- Reserves Now Start at Tier 101: Players will earn cosmetic Reserve content after unlocking the first 100 Tiers. It includies all-new personalization items and a new Mastercraft.
- Content Changes: New Gestures, Calling Cards, and additional personalization items along with the new content mentioned above.
- Daily Tier Skip for Zombies: Zombies players can earn a bonus Daily Tier Skip in the Black Market. Completing 15 rounds in a game of Classic Zombies each day to achieve it.
To sum up, there are many changes for you to uncover in Black Ops 4. First of all, you can find a new specialist, new weapons and customization items in Blackout and multiplayer. Secondly, Zombies is getting an extreme content “gift”. Last but not least, Black Market is getting completely reworked.
