Pitcher Blake Treinen is the latest Diamond level player available in MLB The Show 20. The Oakland Athletics pitcher is part of The Show’s 6th Inning Program which just launched days ago. By completing a combination of Moments and Missions, gamers can now unlock his Diamond card along with other rewards.

A lot of content dropped recently in MLB The Show 20 including Opening Day free packs and a new Showdown. As mentioned, the 6th Inning Program also just went live this past week featuring a number of new pieces of content. Among them is the new Conquest Map and Headliners Set 37 packs.
There’s also the newest addition to Player Programs, closing pitcher Blake Treinen. The current Athletics closer has been in the league since 2014 and was an All-Star in 2018. Now gamers can bring him to their Diamond Dynasty bullpens.
Treinen brings a four-pitch repertoire including 98 mph 4-Seam Fastball and 95 mph Sinker. His new card is a 90 overall Diamond complete with some impressive attributes. They include 110 for Hits over nine innings, 91 for strikeouts over nine innings, 125 Pitching Clutch, and 99 Velocity.

How to unlock Treinen’s Diamond card
To unlock Treinen’s card head to the Diamond Dynasty mode and Programs, then choose Player Programs. By selecting Treinen there from the options you’ll see his Missions, Moments, and Rewards.
A total of 50 points (or Programs) is what you need to get in order to unlock Blake Treinen. To get to 50, complete a combination of the Moments and Missions below.

- Online: Tally 10 Strikeouts With Relievers +10
- Play Vs CPU: Defeat Athletics on All-Star or Higher +8
- Exchange Relievers for 10,000 Total value +5
