Borderlands 3 Holiday Discounts Are Still Available for a Limited Time
The holidays may be almost over, but if you still haven’t picked up Borderlands 3, there’s still time left to take advantage of Gearbox’s holiday discounts. The Borderlands 3 sale prices for the holiday period are still in effect, but they will be ending very soon. As such, gamers thinking of getting the game may wish to make the decision within the next week or two.
The Remaining Holiday Borderlands 3 Sale Discounts
As part of their Gift of Mayhem holiday promotion, Gearbox launched a series of Borderlands 3 sale discounts. These discounts, which are available direct from Gearbox or from various retailers in different regions around the world. The full list of participating retailers by region can be found on the official Borderlands website. These discounts, which include significant sale discounts of up to $30, are available on the PS4, Xbox One, and the Epic Games Store on PC. As such, if you still haven’t picked the game up, now is a great time to do so relatively cheaply.
Of course, now is also a good time to get the game, given that several new content releases have come out in the last two months. Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot, the first story DLC, launched a couple of weeks ago. Plus, the free Takedown at the Maliwan Blacksite, which launched in November, has an event coming up which begins on the 31st of December. Be sure to redeem all the Gift of Mayhem SHiFT codes too, which will be available until early January.
The end times for the different sale discounts vary by retailer and platform. First of all, the Epic Games Store deal will end at 8:00 AM PST on the 7th of January. The PS4 deal ends one day earlier, at 8:00 AM PST on the 6th of January. However, it is the Xbox One deal which will end first, at 2:00 AM PST on the 3rd of January. As such, if you’re thinking of taking advantage of one of these deals, you only have a few days left to do so.
