Brandon Ingram Gets NBA 2K20 Moments Challenge After Scoring New Career-High

This season could see the New Orleans Pelican’s Brandon Ingram achieve his first All-Star team appearance based on the great numbers he’s putting up. The NBA 2K20 video game has noticed and gave Ingram his recognition. Not only did they make a special Moments of the Week card for the Pelicans big, but he also is featured in a new NBA 2K20 Moments Challenge.

When NBA players have special performances on the real courts, they often receive an NBA 2K20 Moments Challenge. One example is Anthony Davis’ 50-point game for the Los Angeles Lakers. Another is Chicago Bulls rookie Coby White who displayed impressive three-point shooting over several games.

Brandon Ingram scored a career-high 49 points in his game against the Utah Jazz on January 16. In addition, the Pelicans star grabbed eight boards and handed out six assists to teammates in a 138-132 overtime win. Ingram shot 15-for-25 in his 41 minutes of game time and also made 16-of-20 free throws.

He was especially clutch in the extra session as he outdueled Utah’s Donovan Mitchell and ultimately hit the game-winner.

In recognition of the career achievement, gamers can take on the NBA 2K20 Moments Challenge for Brandon Ingram. It’s currently available in MyTeam Mode and requires gamers to score 49 points in a game with one player from their team. The other requirement is to win the game, so make sure that’s accomplished with the points.

As a reward for that effort, NBA 2K20 is giving out 2,500 MT which can be used towards buying packs and player cards in MyTeam mode. Here’s a look at the challenge requirements:

The challenge can be completed using any single player on a MyTeam, but it probably makes sense to use someone who can point up points in bunches through a full game. That could be LeBron James, MJ, Kobe Bryant, Harden, Curry, or a handful of other stars currently available in the mode.
