During the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Treyarch revealed one tiny detail that many didn’t paid much attention to, but members of the community took some digging into it nonetheless. According to the developers, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout will feature weapons and gear from the famous Call of Duty Zombies Mode. Which ones fit the cut though?
A Youtuber called Cager has decided to read between the lines and let the community know which of the past Zombies weapons could be implemented in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout. As he correctly points out, Zombies weapons, which are refered to as Wonder weapons, are sometimes a bit more overpowered for their own good.
Take Wanderwaffe for example. That massive electronic power weapon would be a total dominator over other players in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout, since it can stun and damage over time not one but every player it chains to. This makes this weapon unfit for the mode, or doesn’t it? Same goes for Apothicon Servant from Black Ops 3, which can one-shot any player without even a chance to fight.
There’s a huge variety of Wonder guns available in past Zombies titles so we can’t even begin to detail them all and determine whether or not their balanced enough to be coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout. Go give Cager’s related video to find out more and watch gameplay footage of all weapons in question.
What Treyarch didn’t specify though is if there will be wonder weapons coming to battle royale but only from the Black Ops 4 Zombies mode. If that’s the case then the list of weapons will feature less OP guns and gear, since they will be balanced to be added to Blackout.
Treyarch has announced that places, characters and weapons from past Call of Duty titles will be added to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout, so this also gives us one more reason to believe that wonder weapons might be making their comeback, What do you think?
