The Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Blackout Dark Ops challenges are some of the oddest challenges in the game. This is because all Dark Ops challenges are totally classified, meaning you won’t know what you need to do. The game will not tell you anything about these challenges from the name to its objectives. All of this has to be figured out on your own.
In fact, the Black Ops 4 Blackout Dark Ops challenges won’t even reveal these details until you’ve already completed them. In addition, there are similar classified challenges for the traditional multiplayer and Zombies modes as well. Since these challenges are completely hidden, it’s no surprise that players need a hint when it comes to them.

Thankfully, we’ve got a list of the Black Ops 4 Blackout Dark Ops challenges we have uncovered. There are a total of nine classified challenges for this Battle Royale-style mode. As of right now, we (along with the BO4 community) have uncovered eight of them. That means there is still one more still waiting to be unlocked. For now, though, you can find the almost complete list below:
- Back In The Ground: Kill 100 zombies
- Baller: Score a basket in the Estates, Train Station, or Firing Range areas
- Fist Fighter: Kill an enemy only using your fists
- Open The Blast Doors: Open the Blast Doors at the Fracking Tower location
- Zombie Jams: Activate the Jukebox at the Diner near Array
- Practice Makes Perfect: Get a Bullseye from 90m at the Firing Range location
- Red Light, Green Light: Loot one of the underwater chests at the Cargo Docks
- Respect Your Elders: Interact with the Tanbor Fudgely memorial in square F6 on the Blackout map
